I’m a New York State Certified Inspector and a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors , also known as NACHI. Being a member requires mandatory continuing education and adhering to a strict code of ethics. I will provide a detailed easy to read computer generated report on the homes condition based on the standards of practice according to NACHI. At P.T.S. Home Inspection you will gain valuable knowledge of your inspection experience. If you wish, you may accompany me during the inspection to better understand the mechanics of the home.
